John Willingham

President

Owner of Stoneridge Companies, John is an entrepreneur and investor focused on strategic development and long-term value creation across the Shenandoah Valley. With a background in commercial lending, financial management, and public accounting, he brings disciplined financial insight to complex ventures. He serves on F&M Bank’s Board of Directors and the Frederick-Winchester Service Authority. A former Winchester City Councilor and five-year Council President, John remains deeply engaged in regional planning and civic leadership.

Ethan Whitacre

Project Manager

Ethan, a recent graduate from Virginia Tech Polytechnic Institute with a major in Commercial Real Estate, is currently engaged in multiple projects at Stoneridge Companies. With a robust background in real estate development and project management, he has contributed to various land acquisition, entitlement, and construction initiatives throughout the Shenandoah Valley. His experience encompasses close collaboration with engineers, contractors, and local government agencies to advance complex projects from conceptualization to execution.
